What is virgin hair?

Virgin hair is hair that has not been altered from its natural state, coloured or chemically processed. The "virgin hair" is collected by tying the hair before cutting it to maintain the direction of the cuticle. After the hair has been cut and collected it can be made into various extension types such as sewn onto a weft, clip on wefts, pre-bonded tips, made into wigs or left in bulk form (also known as no ends).

 

 

What is Remy hair?

Remy hair or Remi hair is the term used when each strand of hair is perfectly aligned from root to tip with the cuticles facing in the same direction - this is only possible when the real human hair has been cut from a pony tail and not mixed or unaligned.

 

 

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be started within 24 hours of the order confirmation which you will receive immediately by email/text. Your order will be shipped based on the delivery information stated on the product page you placed the order from. Please allow the following dispatch times, 1-5 working days

How much hair do I need?

This varies depending on what you want to achieve.

For example:

3 bundlss (250g-300g) are enough for a full head extensions.

1 bundle (100g) can be used to add volume and body to your natural hair with weaving tracks or clip in hair extensions.

 

 

What is the difference between the hair types?

a) Brazilian hair: is the most commonly sold and bought hair extensions texture in the market. It is soft, bouncy and durable with body and natural shine. It's shine is low to medium. Because Brazilian hair is voluminous it's not necessary to use a lot of bundles, 3 bundles are enough to cover your head fully. It is less likely to frizz unlike Indian or Malaysian hair. It holds curls very well, so if you prefer curly hairstyles Brazilian hair extensions are preferable over Malaysian or Indian hair.

 

b) Peruvian hair is a little courser and straighter than Brazilian hair, growing out naturally straight, wavy or very curly. It blends well with relaxed ethnic (African) hair texture. It has a medium shine. The hair is a bit thicker than Brazilian hair but lighter than Brazilian hair. It's great for sleek straight hair styles. It can come in deep brown, light brown or darker colours.

 

 

I ordered 3 bundless, why have I only received 1/2?

We try to be flexible with our hair extensions and so that you can buy your real human hair extensions to suite your needs. Our flexibility applies to the styles, weights and colours. Your pre-bonded tips order may arrive as 1 pack, 2 packs or 3 packs however, the total weight will be correct. For example, if you order 3 bundles of 100g from the website, you may receive them as 2 bundles but the total weight will be 300g.

The total order may be packaged differently depending on our supplier and also for ease of shipment. Our hair is sold by the weight, therefore you will receive the correct weight for your order.

 

 

I don't have a Pay-pal account, Can I still order?

Yes you can, you do not need a Paypal account. Alternatively you can do a direct deposit into our bank account.

 

 

How do I care for the hair extensions?

We have simple steps to follow to get the best out of your human remy hair extensions please see our extensions hair care guide below:

1. Wash hair with shampoo and rinse thoroughly in warm water.

2. Do not brush when wet, let it air dry - then curls will snap back into position when hair is completely dry.

3. Brush the hair from the bottom going up to prevent tangling up of hair.

4. You can apply moisturising creams to the hair to give it a sheen look.

5. Hair dryer and curling irons can be used.

6. The curl can be straightened, test a small strand of hair to determine the optimal straightening temperature.

7. After cutting the weft/track, make sure to seal the cut weft part with glue of weft sealer to prevent shedding.
